Inter RAO is an energy export and import operator in Russia. They supply electricity to Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Finland, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Mongolia, Ukraine and South Ossetia. In 2014, they exported 14 bn kWh and imported 3.5 bn kWh of electric power.
