Electrical contractor - Canyon State Electric (CSE) raised over $15,000 and had nearly forty walkers participate in the American Heart Association’s (AHA) 2024 Phoenix Heart Walk. This was CSE’s third year engaging in the walk, and the company has donated over $55,000 to the nonprofit to date.

The company’s dedication to the AHA began in 2021 when Steven Maderazzo, Canyon State Electric’s founder, passed away unexpectedly from an aortic dissection.

It was a shock to everyone,” said Stephanie Maderazzo-Hughes, Steven Maderazzo’s daughter and Canyon State Electric’s CEO, adding “He is dearly missed by his coworkers, friends, and family. Our participation in the Phoenix Heart Walk allows us to honor his memory and positively impact the Phoenix community.”

Support of industry partners

We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our industry partners and their willingness to join us in strengthening the health of our community,” said Vince DiGuglielmo.
