To say it's been a pleasure attending InstallerSHOW 2022 is an understatement! They had an amazing time at the UK’s largest heating, plumbing and renewables trade show and didn’t want it to end!
Their commercial team: Bruce MacPherson (CCO), Robert Illsley (Sales Director), Elisa Alexieva (Brand Marketing Manager), Kiren Matharu (Marketing Assistant) as well as their co-founder & CTO, Carlton Cummins got to network with people in the industry, learn more about customers’ challenges, and take home knowledge that can be applied to provide better support.
Clean energy multiplier
A huge thanks to everyone who visited their stand and showed interest in the world’s first fully modular and serviceable energy storage system, Offgen. The system is flexible (off-grid + grid-tie) and scalable, growing with the households’ increased energy requirements. Its unique features give installers the benefit of easy installation (indoor or outdoor), the opportunity for building repeat business by returning to customers for service, repair and upgrade over time, as well as the chance to pioneer a circular approach to energy storage.
Thanks to the design, it has a potentially endless lifespan which will keep long-term costs down and is much kinder to the environment. It has the ability to work with the grid, storing the cheapest electricity to be used during peak tariffs, to be used in an off-grid setting in combination with solar PV, or as a clean energy multiplier (for example, pairing it with a heat pump). It was insightful to hear first-hand from installers how the Offgen could make a positive difference to their business.
All in all, they had plenty going on over the three days and would like to give gratitude to the Show organisers for making the event a huge success! It truly was a ‘Great Industry Get Together’ and they look forward to attending the 2023 exhibition!
