Wasatch Electric provided electrical and power distribution solutions for Flagstaff Lodge, a 138,000-square-foot residential complex located in the Rocky Mountains. The project overcame all of the challenges inherent in a demanding mountain location and climate.
Due to extremely limited staging and lay-down areas, the project required close coordination between trades and suppliers. Wasatch’s warehouse space, extensive prefabrication capabilities, and strong vendor relationships were essential to keeping work moving smoothly.
Wasatch also played a major role in the design and installation of a state-of-the-art snowmelt system, which was a critical complement to the project and a key requirement of the client.
