Astrid Mozes, currently President of the Hydrostatics Division in Danfoss Power Solutions, succeeds Lars Tveen who has accepted the role of CEO of the Bitten & Mads Clausen’s Foundation.

Before the annual meeting of the Bitten and Mads Clausen Foundation on April 6, 2022, the Foundation announced that Per Egebæk Have will be nominated as the new Chairman. Per Egebæk Have’s successor as CEO of the Bitten & Mads Clausen’s Foundation will be Lars Tveen, who has been a member of Danfoss Group Executive Team (GET) since 2015 serving as President, Developing Regions, at Danfoss.

Lars Tveen will be succeeded by Astrid Mozes, who became head of the Hydrostatics Division in Danfoss Power Solutions after Danfoss acquired Eaton’s hydraulics business in August 2021.
