CORE Sets New Reliability Standards: 2021 Overview

CORE significantly improved reliability in 2021, with members experiencing 48% less outage time and 20% fewer service interruptions, compared to  2020. The members experienced, on average, 46 minutes of outages over the course of 2021. That average was about 89 minutes in 2020.
