Daikin Industries, an innovator and provider of air conditioning solutions, has selected Gephart LVS for its expansion efforts in three locations.
The Plymouth buildout will help support their corporate growth, and the $40.3 million Faribault project involves converting a 300,000 SF warehouse into a state-of-the-art production facility. A third expansion of similar size will also be commencing in Owatonna.
