Scolmore has added new Matt Black Metal cover plates to its Click Definity screwless wiring accessories range. The launch comes in response to feedback from installers working on domestic and specification projects who are looking for an alternative premium finish for interiors.
With no visible screws, the smooth, clean lines of Click Definity provide the ultimate finishing touch to a feature-packed range of decorative wiring accessories. The new Matt Black Metal finish will sit alongside the White Metal plates that are already part of the range.
Design and features
Each Definity product comprises an insert and a decorative cover plate. In addition to the two metal options, Definity is available in five different finishes – Red, White, Stainless Steel, Brushed Steel, and Polished Chrome.
With the face plates supplied independently of the electrical inserts, the initial installation of the product can be carried out and any subsequent maintenance or decoration completed before the final selection and fixing of the face plate. For the installer, this means a greater degree of flexibility in the timing of the installation of the insert and the wholesaler need not carry excessive levels of the costly finished product.
