The latest addition to Scolmore’s New Media collection promises a faster, more powerful charging option for portable electronic devices – tablets, smartphones (including iPhone6), cameras, and E-readers – which it has come to rely on.

USB charger features 

The new 2A USB Charger Single Module replaces the original 1A version to offer a host of additional features and benefits. It allows 20 Watts of charging from a single wall plate and is the only charger available that is capable of fast charging from a single Euro module position.

It is also one of the safest chargers on the market – the device will limit output power within safe limits to protect against damage or overheating if overloaded or short-circuited.

Easy installation design 

Designed for easy installation into a 35mm backbox, the USB Charging Module is a standard clip-in 25mm x 50mm Euro module design, comes supplied with a white and black fascia, and can be fitted into all Scolmore’s media plates to complement any installation. 

An ideal retrofit product, the application potential is enormous with homes, offices, schools, hotels, education, leisure outlets, and transport interchanges all set to benefit.
