Wasatch Electric provided design and renovation services across 45,000 square feet of prime office space.

The project was completed on an ultra-fast-track schedule. Only four months elapsed from the start of design to owner occupancy. To meet this deadline, Wasatch compressed the design process into an aggressive one-week schedule and expedited the procurement of multiple specialty lighting fixtures.

Additionally, after the contract was awarded, a communications and data scope as well as sound masking were added to the project, which Wasatch were able to coordinate and complete entirely in-house while still maintaining the tight schedule.

Client Objectives

The client wanted to renovate their Draper, UT offices with minimal disruption to their daily operations.
