Assmann Electronic GmbH, a global solution provider for high-quality server, network and peripheral infrastructure products based in Lüdenscheid, is delighted to welcome five motivated trainees to the company.
The new recruits successfully completed their first day of dual training on August 1st.
Assmann is once again proving itself as a local training company for young talent this year: five prospective specialists are joining the Assmann team in four different areas.
Foreign trade management
They will be supervised by the eight trainers in the various areas of wholesale
They will be supervised by the eight trainers in the various areas of wholesale and foreign trade management - from product and supply chain management to accounting with associated controlling, (inter)national sales, marketing, and warehouse logistics.

Respective Professions
This year, the five trainees are starting their careers in the following professions:
- Esra Ayar – Trainee in media design
- Joeline Pomowski – Trainee in office management
- Anita Memovic – Trainee in wholesale and foreign trade management
- Senya Icyüz – Trainee as warehouse specialist
- Bünyamin Korkmaz – Trainee in wholesale and foreign trade management
The wholesale and foreign trade company, which can look back on more than 55 years of company history, attaches great importance to promoting young talent and actively supports them on their individual path to becoming the talented specialists of tomorrow.
They are given comprehensive and practical training in which they participate independently in projects and become an important part of the team.
Joint excursion
The community among the trainees also plays an important role at Assmann. In addition to regular "trainee meetings" with the trainers, a joint excursion is organized every year to strengthen the community.
This year, the apprentices visited the impressive exhibition at the Gasometer in Oberhausen and then enjoyed a game of laser tag together. Assmann is looking forward to a successful collaboration and to teaching the trainees the necessary skills and welcomes the new colleagues to the company.
