Ruehl reflected on his career progression, stating, “The construction industry is always booming, especially in Phoenix. Veteran Leadership Enhances Project Management
John Ridgley brings a distinct background to his new role, having served seven years in the army before pursuing higher education at Arizona State University. After earning his degree, Ridgley gained initial managerial experience as a warehouse manager.
He took on his first project management role at a different company before joining CSE in 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager, where he worked on significant projects, including multifamily dwellings and healthcare facilities. Ridgley credited mentorship and diverse project exposure as critical to his professional development, remarking, "CSE has provided many opportunities for growth as I worked on multifamily dwellings, healthcare facilities, hotels, data centers, industrial material processing plants, and food processing plants. I look forward to honing my skills, meeting the challenges of the role, and building projects that will last for generations." Hughes also shared his confidence in Ridgley’s ability to meet and exceed goals, anticipating further achievements.
