Bringing over 25 years of experience in construction accounting, Snopko specializes in various financial aspects such as job costing, financial reporting, and forecasting. His expertise also extends to developing accounting processes and overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources.

Expressing his aspirations for the role, Snopko stated, "I hope to use my experience to improve processes and financial tools. I want to take some accounting responsibilities away from management, giving them more time to focus on critical issues."
