EG Electronics, a specialist electronics technology solution provider of automation, energy, smart cities, and industrial IoT applications, will be co-exhibiting with their partner Bi-Search International at Electronica 2022 – the trade fair and conference for electronics.
This year, Electronica will take place from 15-18 November 2022, at the Trade Fair Center, in Munich, Germany, where EG Electronics and Bi-Search International will showcase their latest transparent OLED display technology ‘Lusid’ on stand B5. 114.
LUSID display screen
As an early adopter of LG Display’s T.OLED (Transparent OLED), Bi-Search International has acquired extensive knowledge and experience related to the design, integration, and testing of Transparent OLEDs for custom products. EG Electronics is working with Bi-Search International to introduce T.OLED technology into everyday products across the whole European market.
Bi-Search International will be displaying their LUSID display screen, a Transparent OLED installed in an office partition, and an automotive display. Lusid is a completely see-through interactive touchscreen, even when switched off. This enables the display to be used in a variety of settings without blocking light or obscuring a view.

In applications such as indoor windows or office settings, a Lusid screen can blend seamlessly with interior designs, allowing collaborative, creative work without sacrificing style. The system can also be used for dynamic advertising and information in retail or showroom settings, utilizing windows and display cabinets to communicate with customers while blending into the background.
Electronica 2022 will be a host to exhibitors from at least fifty countries as they exhibit an extensive range of new technology, covering the entire electronics spectrum from components to systems, applications, and services. The event will unite all members of the electronics industry, as it sees end-users and decision-makers interact with experts from trade and the industry.
Driving sustainable progress
This year’s event motto ‘Driving sustainable progress’ highlights the industry-wide focus on climate change. Event speaker topics such as e-mobility, smart energy, power electronics, IIoT, and artificial intelligence will provide a platform for discussion around the pioneering sustainable solutions and electronic products of the future.
