Emtelle, the global manufacturer of blown fibre cable and ducted network solutions, hereby announces that Ralf Gorontzi is resigning from his position as Managing Director of Emtelle GmbH with effect from October 1st, 2022 and will work as a consultant for Emtelle in the future.

Ralf Gorontzi started his work at Emtelle in 2010 and built up the German market and business in Germany with the FibreFlow products. In the last 12 years, Ralf has managed to grow significant sales and a customer base in Germany, which, among other things, led to the setup of manufacturing in Germany and the foundation of the Emtelle GmbH in 2017.

Corresponding FibreFlow products

The One-Man-Show has now grown into a strong regional Sales and Backoffice Team, which serves German customers under the management of Ralf and Nils Stump, Sales Director of Emtelle GmbH. In recent years, in addition to his work as Managing Director, Ralf has been responsible for Key Account, Deutsche Telekom, where Emtelle obtained approval thanks to Ralf’s commitment and the corresponding FibreFlow products.

Heiner Rademaker, Sales Manager at Emtelle, who has already been closely involved with Deutsche Telekom through his work at AfriPipes, will take over the Key Account of Deutsche Telekom in the future.

Future private life

I am more pleased that with he will continue to be available for Emtelle as a consultant"

Tony Rodgers, CEO Emtelle Group: “As much as I regret that Ralf is taking a step backwards, I am more pleased that with he will continue to be available for Emtelle as a consultant. Having built up the entire Emtelle business in Germany over the past few years, his experience and advice will continue to be invaluable, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future. It will be very difficult for us to find a successor at the same level.”

It has been a pleasure working with and helping Ralf build this German organisation into a formidable force in the marketplace. For his private future private life and his role as a grandfather of two I wish Ralf all the best.”

Scope for future collaboration

Nils Stump, Sales Director Emtelle GmbH: “Over the past few years, Ralf has managed to make Emtelle and our FibreFlow products the market leader in the German market.”

On behalf of the entire team, I can only say that we are very grateful to him for what he has built. Ralf has also supported and built me up in recent years, so that I’ve developed myself from Sales Manager to Key Account for Deutsche Glasfaser and finally, to Sales Director Germany. I’m looking forward that Ralf will be continuing to support us with words and deeds in the future.
