Gephart is pleased to announce we have been awarded the Cherokee Sportsbook and Poker Room project. The project includes renovating approximately 37,000 SF of the existing gaming floor into a new sportsbook and poker room.
This will be Gephart's second project on this property with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and its local partner, Cherokee Electric. Gephart is also onsite working on the 660,000 SF expansion featuring a 20-story, 725-room high-rise hotel tower, and approximately 200,000 SF of convention space.
