The transformation of the Victorian riverside Bonding Warehouse in York into four exclusive luxury apartments and office space is nearing completion, with a selection of state-of-the-art wiring accessories from Scolmore Group playing a part in this stunning renovation.
Conversion to luxury office
Positioned against the banks of the River Ouse and just minutes from the heart of York’s historic city center, the Bonding Warehouse is a landmark building, originally built in 1869 to store taxable goods including wines and spirits, and was converted for leisure use in the 1970s.
The entire top floor of the 7,000sq ft building has been converted into two duplexes and two single-story apartments, while the lower floors, complete with the latest flood defense barriers, have become luxury office space.
