Scolmore International continues to grow and expand its electrical accessories and lighting business and has just announced the acquisition of ESP (Elite Security Products Limited) - a specialist supplier of security, fire and intruder protection products - by way of a joint venture between Scolmore International and Andy Clements, the current ESP Managing Director.

While the acquisition means ESP will now be part of the Scolmore Group, the company will continue to trade as an independent entity, in all of its major functions, but will seek to create strong growth over the coming years, by utilizing the experience and support of Scolmore.

Acquisition of ESP

Andy Clements will remain as the Managing Director to a recently created Board, alongside Gary Mordue, the Managing Director of Scolmore.

Gary Mordue, the Managing Director of Scolmore, said “We have had considerable success over the years, in forming partnerships with companies and brands that represent excellent quality products and exemplary customer service. We see the acquisition of ESP as another example of how two companies can work together, sharing expertise and knowledge, to drive growth and market share.
