Williams's Professional Background
Chris Williams is well-equipped for his new role, holding a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a SHRM-CP certification. Before joining Canyon State Electric, he managed human resources for a non-emergency medical operation with facilities in four states, as well as a wellness clinic that spanned ten states.
Early in his career, Williams was instrumental in a significant transformation of a company's culture, which led to the organization receiving "Best Place to Work" accolades consistently over the past decade and a half.
