Ahlsell Norge AS has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Varmecomfort AS, one of Norway’s pioneering suppliers of heating solutions for indoor and outdoor use.
Varmecomfort is known for being innovative and highly competent in its field. The company has ten employees and the turnover in 2022 amounted to 95 MNOK.
Varmecomfort’s product variety
Through the acquisition, Ahlsell gains access to unique specialist expertise in heating products and can offer installers throughout the country an even more attractive product range, together with advisory services on technical planning and heat requirement calculations.
