Electrical contractor - Canyon State Electric (CSE) has commenced work on the upscale Portico condominiums, a development located in north Scottsdale, close to Scottsdale Road and the 101 Loop. The construction began in May, with an anticipated completion date set for June 2024.
The Portico project encompasses 112 residences spread across nine five-story buildings, with each unit ranging in price from $900,000 to $2 million. Homeowners will enjoy up to 2,768 square feet of indoor space, complemented by personal terraces. The development also boasts high-end amenities, including a luxurious clubhouse, an outdoor swimming pool, and a cutting-edge fitness center.
Named the 2023 Multi-Family Project of the Year by Phoenix Agents, Portico has gained considerable recognition within the industry.

The project is being spearheaded by Chicago-based general contractor - Maris Construction, on behalf of real estate developer - Belgravia Group.
