Delta, a global major in power management and smart green solutions, is set to unveil cutting-edge solutions for AI data centers at the OCP Global Summit 2025. These solutions include a comprehensive range of power distribution, precision cooling, and networking technologies, specifically designed to enhance the scalability, energy efficiency, and sustainability of AI data centers.

The showcase features power solutions for 800 VDC and ±400 VDC architectures, a new liquid-to-liquid CDU with 2,000 kW of cooling capacity for new AI data centers, a 300kW liquid-to-air CDU for retrofits, and a 1.6T Ethernet Switch for minimal latency in GPU-based systems.

Development of Next-Generation AI Infrastructure

Austin Tseng, President of Delta Electronics (Americas), emphasized the transformative nature of AI and Delta’s role in this evolution. “AI is redefining what’s possible for industries worldwide just as Delta is reimagining how high-voltage power, cutting-edge precision cooling, and state-of-the-art networking solutions converge as unified ecosystems that accelerate the development of next-generation AI infrastructure,” he explained.

Tseng added, “Our showcase at OCP 2025 demonstrates how Delta’s innovative, highly diversified, and versatile solutions portfolio is the ideal technology foundation to meet our customers’ complex needs in creating both entirely new and retrofitted AI data centers.”

Delta's High Voltage Power Solutions

At the summit, Delta will highlight its high voltage power solutions, tailored for high-density, megawatt-scale AI data centers. The 800 VDC architecture features a Solid-State Transformer converting medium voltage AC to 800 VDC with an impressive 98.5% energy conversion efficiency. Key offerings include a 1MW-scale In-Row Power System with multiple 106kW HVDC Power Shelves and an Energy Variance Appliance Rack to optimize energy storage and maintain efficiency up to 97% at full load.

In environments requiring ±400 VDC power, Delta offers a scalable solution up to 2.4MW, integrating an In-Row Power System with active current sharing and droop control, and 72kW Battery Backup Units with 97.5% efficiency in a compact 2U form.

Advanced Precision Cooling Solutions

Delta is also showcasing a portfolio of advanced precision cooling solutions at OCP 2025, focusing on innovative thermal management. For retrofitted AI data centers, the 300kW L2A CDU features a closed-loop liquid system eliminating the need for raised floors and complex piping. New large-scale AI data centers can benefit from the 2MW L2L CDU, engineered for peak performance with pump and driver redundancy.

Additional innovations include liquid cooling cold plates and in-rack 4U and 6U CDUs with substantial cooling capacities for high-density AI workloads.

AI and GPU-Based Networking Solutions

Networking advancements are also in focus with the 1.6T Ethernet Switch, offering 224G-per-lane signaling for ultra-low latency and enhanced thermal management efficiency. Delta’s Ethernet switch, built on the Broadcom Tomahawk6, ensures lower energy costs with exceptional performance for AI and GPU clusters.

Attendees of the OCP Global Summit 2025 can learn more at Delta's booth #B51 from October 14-16, where the company will demonstrate these integrated solutions designed to drive the future of AI data centers with optimized sustainability and performance.
