In a similar engagement, back in November 2012, Kirloskar Electric delivered a 1200 KW -8 Pole High Voltage AC Motor. This motor was specifically designed with energy-saving high-efficiency features and was identical to another European-made motor used to operate an ID Fan. This pattern of matching existing European models indicates a strategy of ensuring compatibility and reliability in critical operations at NTPC-Ramagundam.
