On August 20, 2020, the 150kV Sulut-3 substation and the 150kV Tanjung Merah extension station in North Sumar, Indonesia that were constructed by NR Electric (NR), were successfully put into operation.
This project is an important part of Indonesia's plan to solve the power shortage of outer islands. The successful operation of the project will solve the current situation of power shortage in North Sulawesi province.
