Mitsubishi Electric and PACAIR have solidified their long-standing partnership by signing a new agreement that pushes their collaboration beyond the two-decade mark. Founded by Director Nigel Palmer in 2003, PACAIR has expanded its reach with branch offices in Birmingham and Wigan, providing nationwide services for clients.
"Our relationship with PACAIR has grown stronger over the past 20 years, and throughout that time, Nigel and his team have consistently delivered the highest levels of professionalism and support," stated Andy Hart, Commercial Products Sales Director for Mitsubishi Electric.
Comprehensive Support Across Mitsubishi Electric's Product Range
Hart also emphasized the rapidly changing landscape of HVAC due to alterations in refrigerants and the introduction of new products. "Customers need a reliable and trusted partner," Hart noted. "PACAIR offers its customers dedicated technical support and expertise across our commercial line-up, which is a fundamental reason why we are delighted to have them alongside our own brand."
PACAIR achieved the tag of Mitsubishi Electric’s sole APS, setting itself apart in the market and adding value
In 2021, PACAIR achieved the designation of Mitsubishi Electric’s sole Applied Project Specialist (APS), setting itself apart in the market and adding value to Mitsubishi Electric's offerings.
This APS status enables PACAIR to deliver comprehensive HVAC services across Mitsubishi Electric's commercial products, enhanced by its technical design skills and support services.
Commitment to Sustainable HVAC Solutions
PACAIR Director Nigel Palmer remarked on the company’s dedication to a customer-focused approach that distinguishes them in the industry. "This new agreement with Mitsubishi Electric reinforces the strength of that relationship and demonstrates our shared commitment to deliver sustainable HVAC solutions that help our clients navigate changes in both legislation and the market," said Palmer.
The partnership aims to drive innovation and excellence by combining Mitsubishi Electric’s product quality with PACAIR’s technical expertise. Together, they strive towards advancing sustainability in the built environment. "We will continue to work closely together to drive innovation and excellence," Palmer added, underscoring the collaborative efforts aimed at shaping a more sustainable future.
