Gephart will once again be working alongside longtime partner RJM Construction for the renovation of the 1010 Strutwear Building in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Originally known as the Strutwear Knitting Company Building, this former hosiery factory which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, will be repurposed into a new apartment building. In total, the 10-story, 261,457 SF building will have 172 apartments, office space, and retail space. The adjacent parking ramp and building connection will also be renovated.
