Shanghai Fastener and Welding Material Technology Research Center Co., Ltd. ('the center'), a subsidiary of Shanghai Electric, successfully commissioned its WAW-6000L horizontal tensile testing machine.
It is the first large tensile tester of large bolts available for third-party testing.
Servo control system
Equipped with an advanced micro electro-hydraulic servo control system, the tester highlights smart programmable control over such parameters as force, displacement, deformation, and speed.
At the same time, it allows a series of functions like automatic data analysis and processing, report, data upload, and big data experiment. As the tester comes into service, the center will see a boost in its testing capacity for large fasteners.
