This included all power requirements, installation of an emergency generator, and bespoke interior and exterior lighting solutions with varied dimming capabilities. They also provided advanced systems for fire alarms, security and access control, and tele-data. Additional features incorporated underfloor heating, a sophisticated Bylin snow-melt system, audio/visual raceways, and cabling, as well as pump-room power and control wiring.
