Designed in collaboration with Goldbeck, the building will blend modern aesthetics with efficient construction techniques. It will feature bright office areas, a technology showroom, lab spaces, meeting rooms, and places designed for creativity and relaxation. The use of a draught-free radiant heating and cooling system will ensure a comfortable environment, alongside amenities like on-site parking and Delta EV charging stations.
