Gephart has been awarded the construction of the Gateway Tower project by McGough. This $330 million project is one of the highest profile projects happening in the Twin Cities this year, at 37 stories and with the inclusion of a Four Seasons Hotel – Minnesota’s first five-star property.

The bulk of the building will be office space as the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) takes 532,000 SF and the tower will be rounded out with residential condos. Construction starts this month. This is the third McGough project award in the last three years – including the Carleton College Science building and McGough’s new headquarters – signifying the continued strength of the relationship with this well-respected general contractor.
