Gephart Electric has teamed up with Ancoats Construction for the new SICK, Inc. Campus USA in Bloomington, MN. SICK is a pioneer manufacturer of factory, logistics and process automation technology worldwide.
This is the first phase in a larger master plan for SICK – a longtime client of Gephart – to consolidate all operations in one location. The new 140,400 SF building includes 38,400 SF of office space, 66,000 SF of logistics/warehouse space, and 36,000 SF of production/assembly space. Construction is underway and completion is scheduled for June, 2022.
