At the end of March, Iustinian Șovrea, GlobalLogic Romania’s Business Operations Head, was invited as a guest speaker to the ‘Top 1000 Largest Companies in Romania’ Conference, organized by ZiarulFinanciar, one of the most important local business publications.
The conference not only brought in the same room Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) from large local companies, multinationals, bank representatives, and authorities, but also included insightful talks on Romania’s future growth and development opportunities.

Fortech has reached 1,000 employees with a portfolio of clients in Europe and the US. The next level of growth can also be accelerated through an acquisition process, which has happened in their case.
- GlobalLogic are witnessing incredible technology evolution in the IT industry that gives them confidence in the future. They plan to connect better with their current customers and internal teams, who are already working on joint projects with GlobalLogic colleagues from other countries.
- GlobalLogic have recently seen a slowdown in the IT industry’s growth. However, when taking into account both the European and global contexts; they believe that this is just a temporary phase that offers them learning opportunities. They have talented and innovative people, and the company remains optimistic about the industry’s recovery.
‘Top 1000 Largest Companies in Romania’ catalog
During the conference, the 7th edition of the ‘Top 1000 Largest Companies in Romania’ catalog, published every year by Ziarul Financiar and Deloitte, was also launched. This ranking was made according to the turnover rate in 2022.
