Gephart was hired by Mortenson Construction for the demolition and renovation of approximately 57,500 SF of the basement, second, and third floors as well as portions of the sub-basement and fourth floor.

The improved facility will be the home of the new Industrial and Systems Engineering Department, and provide extra space for the Computer Science & Engineering Department.
In 2012, Gephart was a part of the team that completed the renovation of the entire first floor of Lind Hall and is excited to continue to improve this century-old building.
