Kenny Electric is excited to be a part of the Umoja Biopharma project alongside the friends at CRB. Construction for the 146,000-square-foot development and clinical manufacturing facility is underway, with the first phase of the project planned for completion by May 2022.
The experts are providing Design Assist and BIM services to include underground electrical feeders and temporary power and lighting for Phase 1 of this project. The existing building will be transformed into highly flexible and scalable manufacturing, laboratory, office, and warehouse space. They look forward to sharing the progress along the way as the teams support the company’s LEED initiatives and zero-carbon emissions sustainability goals.
