- Arkansas: Nashville and De Queen are expected to have power restored by 11:59 p.m. on April 9.
- Louisiana: In Natchitoches and Hornbeck, service is anticipated to return by 4 p.m. on April 9. Mansfield and Logansport should see restoration by 10 p.m., while Bossier City and Plain Dealing aim for 11 p.m. services restoration. In Shreveport and Haughton, repairs may extend until 11:59 p.m. on April 10.
- Texas: Henderson is targeted for a 10 p.m. service resumption on April 9, Mt. Pleasant by 11:59 p.m. on the same day, and Marshall, Longview, and Texarkana by 11:59 p.m. on April 10.
