The proprietary Machine Inspection Recognition Archetypes (MI.RA) family of flexible, hardware-agnostic vision systems are a perfect example of this. Comau is also active in other areas such as predictive maintenance and the evolution of robot programming. The second area of development concerns the use of AI for internal productivity.
