Once she had realized there was a specific area within HR that was solely dedicated to employee growth

Emily started at Hunt in 2022. She's always enjoyed working with people, but more specifically, enjoys supporting their development and growth. She knew HR was the right path for her to achieve this passion. Once she had realized there was a specific area within HR that was solely dedicated to employee growth - all the pieces full into place for her.

"We have made great progress over the past two years, but I'm excite for the next three to five years. We have a lot to accomplish, including more development programs for pioneers and individual contributors, mapping out career paths for various roles, and identifying competencies for the roles at Hunt," Emily Lindblom.
