Energy Solutions UK Ltd, a renowned supplier of marine electrical systems, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Hampshire-based marine monitoring and control systems manufacturer, Oceanic Systems (UK) Ltd (“Oceanics”).

Founded in 2003, Oceanic Systems is an industry-renowned designer and manufacturer of advanced NMEA2000®-based integrated Alarm, Display, and Control Systems for various vessels, including leisure, commercial, and military globally.

Oceanics’ flagship product, Poseidon®, is a highly regarded alarm, monitoring, and control system in the market. The acquisition further enhances Energy Solutions' marine technology offerings, advancing its digital leadership within the boat-building and marine manufacturing sectors.

Oceanic Systems will continue to operate as a stand-alone business, with its 15 employees integrated into Energy Solutions' operations. Oceanics’ technical capabilities include PCB assembly with automated pick-and-place technology.

Marine Hybrid propulsion systems
