Gephart has been selected by Ryan Companies as the design-build electrical contractor for the 10 West office building located in St. Louis Park’s West End. This 11-story building spans over 343,000 SF and will include amenities such as a rooftop deck, fitness center, conference rooms, and retail space. The project also includes an eight-level, 370,000 SF, parking garage with a connecting link to the office building.
Gephart is nearing completion of the design phase which involves the layout of all electrical systems including power distribution, specialty lighting, life safety and emergency high-rise systems, security, and telecommunications systems. Site preparation is currently underway and construction starts this month with a completion date of January 2021.
