The Highland Bridge redevelopment (formally known as the Ford Site redevelopment) in St. Paul, MN is one of the most anticipated Twin Cities’ construction projects in recent years and they are excited to be a part of it!
Working with Ryan Companies, the Highland Bridge Block 3 project is a design-build job that includes a six-story, 230-unit apartment building with underground parking, retail spaces on Level 1, space for a future grocery store and multiple resident amenities. Construction is expected to start in October.
