Gephart Electric was recently awarded the Four Winds Casino and Hotel South Bend – Phase 2 project in South Bend, Indiana. This $23 million electrical project is an expansion of the existing casino property completed by Gephart in 2018. It includes a 24-story hotel tower with 317 guest rooms and a pool, spa, and an expansive convention space. Gephart is currently engaged in preconstruction activities and work commenced in late March.
The award of this project continues the strong existing relationships with architect HBG Design, engineer Cain Thomas Associates, construction manager Wilhelm Construction, and owner Pokagon Band of Potawatomi.
