NR successfully won the bid for the 18MW / 54MWH energy storage project in Hokkaido, Japan.

NR will provide total 18MW Power Conversion System (PCS) containerized solution for the energy storage system.

This energy storage project is affiliated to Hokkaido Electric Power Company (HEPCO) of Japan and is used to stabilize wind power fluctuations, power grid peak & frequency regulation and improve the power grid stability level under the background of increasing renewable energy in Hokkaido.
